Bishop Jude Saint Cyr

Rev. Jude Saint-Cyr has been a dedicated servant of God for over 40 years, passionately committed to preaching, teaching, and shepherding souls. Born with a calling, he accepted Christ at the age of 17, leading to his role as a Sunday school teacher shortly thereafter. By 24, he had stepped into his pastoral role and was officially ordained on August 5, 1991, at the age of 25. Alongside his beloved wife, Marcelande Adonis, whom he affectionately calls the love of his life, they have built a life rooted in faith and service. Together, they are proud parents to two daughters, Hellel and Hallie.

Pastor Jude is the Founder and Senior pastor of all Tabernacle Church of God of Grace (TCGG) ministries and the visionary behind a thriving multi-location church network comprising 22 branches across Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Chile, and the United States. Under his leadership, the TCGG has flourished, touching countless lives and communities.

As the Rector and founder of Hope Academy of Haiti in Ouanaminthe, located in Haiti's North-East department, Pastor Jude has also been instrumental in shaping educational initiatives. He serves as a professor of Sociology and Public Speaking at Jean Price Mars in Ouanaminthe and teaches Psychology and Systematic Theology at Hope Academy of Haiti. His commitment to education reflects his dedication to fostering intellectual and spiritual growth.

Since 2020, Pastor Jude has served as the Executive Director of Community Life Centers of Haiti, further extending his impact on social development and community engagement.

Pastor Jude's extensive educational background includes a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina, a Bachelor of Social Work from Winston-Salem State University, and a Bachelor of Theology from Rhema International Bible College. He combines his theological expertise with a deep understanding of social work, offering a holistic approach to spiritual leadership.

A multilingual international professional, social sector activist, and seasoned care manager, Pastor Jude’s ministry extends beyond the pulpit. His roles as a professor, mental health professional, and marriage counselor underscore his commitment to the holistic well-being of his congregants. His passion for ministry, education, and community development continues to inspire and uplift all those he serves.
